Most marketing programs dedicate specialized resources to email automation, analysis, and also pay for email technology. Understanding how email nurturing, marketing blasts, sales email and other types of email impacts contacts, drives activities, and influences results should be just as high on the priority list as the next shiny digital advertising experiment. Working email to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel should be a consistent effort, and can be higher impact for the business than chasing cars (new advertising channels).
