I try to ask a lot of questions as a leader. It’s much more about what I can learn from my team that will in turn help them most; rather than thinking I am supposed to have all the answers all the time. You’ll never have all the answers and even if you do, no one wants to be led by someone who doesn’t listen or have a growth mindset.

Designing your sales team with a “best team on the field” approach creates alignment within your team and rewards collaborative behavior. Creating lanes for success for your team members allows them to build their skills and grow, and also holds them accountable for their performance. This starts with the recruiting process and ongoing re-enforcement with your team.
