The HR Talent Accelerator is a four-week virtual experience for students, emerging professionals, and mentors to learn, grow, and develop new relationships. The 4-week experience includes an orientation session, a weekly 60-minute skill building session (for mentees), and weekly mentoring to help shape the career journey. You must be a SHRM national member to participate as a mentor or mentee in the HR Talent Accelerator.
