How can you leverage creativity and innovation in multiple project environments and teams?
All my team's debrief sessions include identifying opportunities, and classifying the "misses" into 2 lanes and it guides us in how we correct for them in the future. Did we: A) Oversimplify the concept/workflow B) Overengineer the issue Once we identify HOW we missed the mark, its easy to bypass blame or analysis paralysis and focus on WHAT to do to make it a "hit" next time and to optimize the existing work.

How can you effectively respond to low-likelihood risks?
When considering LLR’s, be intentional in helping teams avoid “analysis paralysis” and “but what about” thinking with 2 tactics: a communication conduit for team identified risks and a defined classification system powered by a multidisciplinary & cross functional advisory group that feeds an visual management for trends. Using this as a guidepost for evaluating how to prioritize addressing risk or perception thereof creates a culture of inclusive decision making and buy in.
