    1333 Wabash is a 28-story, 305-unit apartment tower under construction in the South Loop. 1333 Wabash is being built by the same developer as the new 1345 Wabash condominiums next door.

    First occupancies are slated for August 2016.

    1333 South Wabash will have one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Some one-bedroom units will include a den. There will be a two-story penthouse three-bedroom unit with three bathrooms. Floor plans and near real-time availability are accessible online.

    The apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, wood-look flooring, in-unit washer / dryers and balconies. Kitchens will have 42-inch cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and large single-basin stainless steel sinks.

    Bathrooms will have Grohe fixtures, Florense vanities and either a glass-surround shower or bathtub, depending on the floor plan.

    1333 Wabash will be a full-amenity building.

    Amenities include a demonstration kitchen with private dining area, a fitness center with LifeFitness equipment, a business center, and a resident lounge.

    The building will have a deck above the parking garage with chaise lounge seating, a fire pit, three grilling stations and a gated dog run.

    1333 Wabash will include a covered garage with 203 parking spaces. The building will have a 24-hour doorman, bike storage, resident storage and a receiving room.
