    • Optimized the size and thickness of louver walls to increase effectiveness using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in Pro Engineer’s Mechanica to minimize material cost
    • Determined maximum stress placements and maximum displacement values through analysis and optimization

  • Upper Endoscopy Tool Innovation

    • Combined two tools used in an upper endoscopy surgery procedure into one working tool using Pro Engineer
    • Printed out over 20 different prototypes for testing using a 3D printer
    • Tested the innovated part in Pro Engineer’s Mechanica and using a capnograph machine to measure CO2 output
    • Worked with the head anesthesiologist at The George Washington University hospital to develop a fully functional innovated upper endoscopy tool
