    o Success: Completed full product roadmap and global implementation plans Conducted design sessions with business stakeholders in NYC, Miami, and Buenos Aires to clarify requirements, facilitate problem-solving, and document functional specs, resulting in a holistic design of a Program/Content Asset Rights & Scheduling solution.

    Significance:
    This was a major unification and transformation project where I was responsible for oversight of the solution delivery with the WideOrbit Product Team, worked directly with AMCN IT and Ad Sales business stakeholders and Channel Media Solution consultants to manage the scope, budget and vendor resources of a 3 year multi-phased project.
