We earned the coveted OpenCompany status, which recognizes employers that proactively promote and embrace workplace transparency; signifying to prospective employees that Cornerstone Home Lending has committed to workplace transparency and excels at it.

    I partnered with multiple lines of business to complete our organization's overhaul of Glassdoor. We earned the coveted OpenCompany status, which recognizes employers that proactively promote and embrace workplace transparency; signifying to prospective employees that Cornerstone Home Lending has committed to workplace transparency and excels at it.
    This included a strategy to enhance talent attraction, including updating our awards, locations, providing monthly updates, and working with marketing to modernize our graphics. I also built out 4 additional informative tabs providing an all-encompassing view of our company.
    Cornerstone Home Lending humbly has the highest rating on Glassdoor in the mortgage industry and in 2022 was voted by Glassdoor as Top 10 in the country for work-life balance.
