The mission of Sunol Business Guild (501c3) is to Improve and maintain the Town of Sunol and support local nonprofit organizations and the community.
The Sunol Business Guild was formed in 1994 by community members concerned about the dilapidation and decline in the downtown area. After building the two town signs (at either end of town), we erected the community bulletin board and clock. Next, we assisted the Pacific Locomotive Association in creating Depot Gardens. The Sunol Business Guild was formed in 1994 by community members concerned about the dilapidation and decline in the downtown area. After building the two town signs (at either end of town), we erected the community bulletin board and clock. Next, we assisted the Pacific Locomotive Association in creating Depot Gardens. Over the years, we have provided grants totaling over $150,000 to fellow non-profit corporations and needy students and households around Sunol.

Located on Santa Cruz's beautiful Graham Hill Showgrounds and adjoining Henry Cowell State Park, the Santa Cruz County Horsemen's Association is one of the Original 8 member clubs of the over 75-year-old California State Horsemen's Association. Bay Area Savvy Players often hosts its annual learning camp for its members at the SCCHA club location. I chaired the CSHA Trail Trials 2017 State Championship Event serving over 70 horse and rider teams at SCCHA.
