It rewards an individual who has impacted the College with high quality and meaningful contributions that greatly exceed the expectations of their role, has shown selflessness in dedication and commitment to the core values of the Lindner College of Business, and has served for at least ten years. The Carl H. Lindner College of Business Alumni Board of Governors awarded $5,000 for my proposed Lindner Digital Display kiosk. The kiosk station at the College entrance provides students with a digital faculty and staff directory, orientation guides and welcome signage.

The Lindner College of Business (Lindner) established the Phyllis Trosper Service Excellence Award to recognize and reward a staff member who demonstrates outstanding interactions with the college’s constituents and performs job duties in ways that far exceed expectations. This award was named in honor of Ms. Phyllis Trosper, a beloved member of our staff who retired in 1999.

All part- and full-time administrative and clerical staff members with continuous employment within the college for a minimum of one year, including those employed by the centers/institutes, are eligible. Faculty in staff positions are not eligible. Staff members may win this award more than once but not in consecutive years. Show less
