How can you effectively use feedback in a hybrid work environment?
The building block of being clear and specific is to start at the very basic level. In the military this is referred to as KISS principle: Keep It Simple Simple! Often it is easy to assume your audience knows the basics. However that typically is not the case and you can immediately leave 20% or more behind. Yes for the majority it maybe a bit boring to hear the basics, but some will benefit from the refresher. Next step is to have feedback that the audience has gotten the basics. Typically this will involve a quiz or test requirement. Once they pass - then you can move to the next building block. In summary - take the time to assure a solid foundation to build upon.

On-line degree; Offered me a way to continue my education without having to miss out on my children's sports and other activities and keep working full-time. The focus on e-Business while using the web as the classroom was very interesting. The trends of on-line schooling and business will only get stronger!
