About

With over seven years of experience as a Licensed Counselor, I am passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I use a collaborative and strengths-based approach, individualizing my work based on the client's story and needs. I have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindful approaches, as well as a trauma-informed, intersectional, and systems lens. I currently work at Third Eye Counseling, a private practice that provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their feelings and honor their truth.

I have also worked as an LCPC at MacNeal Hospital, Loyola Medicine, where I provided outpatient behavioral health services to a diverse population of clients. I also served as a trainer at Thresholds and Women Unite! to offer culturally competent and tailored professional trainings for organizations based on the staff needs and the communities they serve. Some of the topics I delivered included leadership, sexual harassment prevention, allyship, boundaries, and cultural competency. I enjoy using my skills and knowledge to empower clients and organizations with compassion, empowerment, and humor.
