We offer a variety of different SCUBA courses for a variety of certifications through SSI and SDI. We also work with high schools in Florida to educate students on the different marine science fields by bringing the students on-campus for a tour and a hands-on lab.     The ECOS Environmental Responsibility Committee is a small group of selected students (usually around 8 students or so) that work on sustainability issues around campus. We try to get fellow students involved and interested in making Eckerd more sustainable by raising awareness of environmental issues on campus, as well as creating environmental campaigns to get Eckerd administration and staff to administer large scale environmental change.
