Functioned as principle Production and IT liaison to develop and end to end custom solution for our market. Developed specifications for content delivery and metadata database to streamline segmented, intelligent content delivery.

Working with SMEs and IDs to develop Competencies, Behavioral Indicators, and related Assessments to measure learner performance and identify potential risks using Gordon's Ladder of Competence. Using Airtable, built the competency author system to associate learner CMI data with competencies to generate measures that are visualized via a Power BI Dashboard.
