In order to be considered for the Boler Outstanding Senior Award for Academics, students must have a 3.5 or higher GPA and have participated in some Boler service activities. This award focuses primarily on outstanding academic achievement.

*First student to ever be awarded both of Boler's senior awards, the Boler Outstanding Senior Award for Academics and the Boler Outstanding Senior Award for Service.

This award focuses primarily on service to the Boler College.

On the basis of academic performance in Accountancy and elsewhere at JCU, Antonia received this tuition scholarship award. These accounting awards are generously sponsored by firms which recruit JCU students and by other organizations with ties to the School of Accountancy.

Antonia was selected as the Outstanding Senior in Entrepreneurship for extensive involvement in the Entrepreneurship program and showing exceptional abilities in developing the entrepreneurial mindset, cultivating creativity and innovation skills, and creating impact while working on real-life problems.

Students eligible for the Dean's List must have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours within one semester and have a quality grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.

The award, bestowed for efforts in the classroom and on the field, is earned by recording a grade point average higher than 3.50 while maintaining varsity status. Piazza earned this award for her 2019 varsity track and field status and academic achievements.

Members of the winning varsity team have participated in service as a team and may also have individual members who have participated in service apart from their team. They have shown significant commitment to building relationships with the people they serve and have incorporated meaningful reflection into their post-service experiences.

The Team Awardees are selected by an Award Committee consisting of the Director of the Center for Service and Social Action, the Director of Athletics, the Assistant Director of Athletics, the team Chaplain, the Faculty Representative to OAC and NCAA, and the current president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). The winning team will be announced during DIII week each April and will receive a certificate and their name on two perpetual plaques – one to be displayed in the CSSA office and one in the Athletics hallway.

Beta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society for collegiate schools of business, and membership is bestowed on students to recognize their high academic achievement.

Antonia's application was one of over 300 reviewed and scored by the selection committee comprised of members from The Ohio Society of CPAs. The committee members were extremely impressed with her academic and extra-curricular accomplishments and chose her for this monetary award.
