“I had the privilege to work with Anu Sharma as Team Leader of a group of Stanford GSB Alumni working on a pro-bono consulting project for the Greater Bay Area Chapter of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation). Anu was able to quickly connect with a diverse group of staff and board leaders and lead them through a collaborative data-driven process resulting in an improved fundraising focus & supporting organizational design at the Board and Chapter level. She is a clarifying force, able to grasp complex problems and utilize data to help senior staff and board leaders arrive at streamlined solutions. She has an outstanding command of business practices in general, and a deep knowledge of the health industry, in particular. They say that everyone is replaceable; but that’s not the case with Ms. Sharma. She became such a valuable voice to our board and leadership team that we subsequently invited her to join our board, and we’re delighted she has accepted. ”
