In 2016, I had the distinct honor of being selected as a member of the POP! Innovation Project Team. This accomplishment holds particular significance for me, as my concept emerged as the chosen initiative from among a pool of over 75 potential projects. My designated project focused on enhancing the internal candidate disengagement process.
The responsibility that accompanied the selection of my project was substantial. Throughout this endeavor, I frequently assumed a leadership role…In 2016, I had the distinct honor of being selected as a member of the POP! Innovation Project Team. This accomplishment holds particular significance for me, as my concept emerged as the chosen initiative from among a pool of over 75 potential projects. My designated project focused on enhancing the internal candidate disengagement process.
The responsibility that accompanied the selection of my project was substantial. Throughout this endeavor, I frequently assumed a leadership role when presenting proposals, providing consultations, and engaging with our esteemed executive stakeholders. As a direct outcome of our dedicated efforts, we successfully introduced a novel internal candidate disengagement process that encompassed the following components: a RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) chart, precise guidelines for hiring managers, an automated reminder email, and a subsequent follow-up survey designed to instill accountability.
It brings me immense pride to have played a role in a project of this magnitude, one that is poised to yield a positive impact across a broad spectrum of employees at CAH.
