  • Profiles International Assessments / Profiles-Models for Active Jobs

    The goals of this project are to create new profile-models for active jobs under my internal-client groups, revise and update existing models with the latest information gathered from HM’s (using scores of their top performers and feedback about what the HM’s would like to see in their candidates profiles based on their experience of what is needed to be successful in those jobs), archive profiles for jobs/job-titles which are no longer active, and rename models to reflect the related job…

    Charter College has groomed, placed and retained great talent through the CLDP and the company continues to see the positive impact of the program.
