What is something no one talks about? Everyone has ideas. Even ChatGPT has ideas. The hard part is the execution. Execution requires determination and persistence. Execution also requires a fantastic team. The best way to create that team is to make your ideas their ideas. Then it's not your company; it's their company. And when you make people contribute to something that's theirs by giving them full ownership, you will see the best quality of work from others. Another way to think of this is to get to a place where you can get fired quickly from your job as a leader. In that mindset, you will always think of building other leaders.

Goal: Building a product to help immigrants live their dreams. Objective: Able to help someone from move from H1B visa to O1 visa.

And once they had money, they lost purpose. Money, though necessary, doesn't lead to fulfillment and joy. What truly brings fulfillment is helping other people. Create a mission for yourself on how you want to help other people. It could come from your own struggles in life. Once you understand this, you have to share your story. And tell others why you don't want other people to struggle like you did. That's how the best people in the world create grand visions. My profile has everything about the missions I care about.

Writing on LinkedIn is like a Director of a Movie. You start with much suspense, and then, in the end, the Hero wins. Do you remember the movie when the Hero lost, and you felt terrible about it? Yes, that's true; we want the movie or a story to finish on a heroic note. It should be rewarding. I offer rewards in the form of action items through bullets. I found that having anything more than 3 bullet points leads to confusion. Our brain can take 3 action steps at a time at max. So I try to ensure that these 3 bullet points are high quality and deliver the most value.
