“Alimzhan proved to be crucial to the team and contributed significantly to the success of the company. He is a detail-oriented, goal-oriented, ambitious, and powerful co-worker, his knowledge is vast and extensive. Alim assumed a leadership role in GdeMaterial, inspiring and motivating his colleagues. He is ready to deal with difficult situations and solve the problems on time. He always takes care of the job. I would like to think everything I learned about DIY I learned from Alimzhan Uderbekov. I definitely would recommend him as CEO.”

Your AI model has leaked user information. How will you regain trust and protect data privacy?
!Human reply! Please calm down, nothing new here—humans also make mistakes that lead to data loss. The goal is to determine the reason why the data was lost. Here are the steps that I suggest: 1/ Add all possible signals to detect the next potential case of data loss. 2/ Trace how the data was lost by AI last time. 3/ Implement a simple temporary filter for all possible leaks. 4/ Find the core reason why AI is actually sharing confidential data. 5/ Fix it. 6/ Publish the report. You should share everything that is happening with this issue with your customers, who might be potentially harmed. Finally, remember that your system will be much safer after you go through such a challenge! Just take it as an opportunity to improve!

Team members clash on AI project priorities. How will you balance innovation and risk mitigation?
!Human reply! What is risk? It’s probably the probability of losing resources. And what is innovation? It’s the opportunity to improve something: technology, product, business process, etc. When we talk about how to balance between innovation and risk mitigation in building an AI product, I think this is the wrong question! Because the goal of innovation is its usefulness, it means that risk mitigation is part of the innovation process. So instead of balancing it, you should integrate it! Start thinking about how you can build your innovation steps in a way that can be implemented incrementally. It’s not necessary to revolutionize the process; it’s better to continuously improve it.

Here's how you can maximize the impact of temporary AI work on your future job prospects.
!Human native reply! AI is the same old technology wave that was before. Even though it's amazing to think about the opportunities it can create, it will probably follow the same old principles: 1/ The first ones to adopt AI will lead the future, just like Ford did with cars. 2/ Start adapting your behavior to how you use AI; this will help your brain reevaluate the basics and generate new ideas. 3/ Don't be afraid of AI; it's just a technology, like fire was. 4/ Create habits of using AI; this will help you understand the technology better. 5/ Forget about GUI; the new era will be led by voice, not clicks! Good luck from Human to Humanity :)
