  • AILA GMS/RDC Teleconference: Ethical Considerations in Working With Foreign Counsel

    AILA Global Migration Section & Rome District Chapter

    I led this joint Global Migration Section/Rome District Chapter session, which addressed ethical considerations US licensed attorneys should consider when working with counsel in non-US jurisdictions. The speakers discussed both the legal framework of confidentiality rules and the practical application of those rules in real-world, cross-border situations in Germany, Nigeria and Russia.
