“If I were to save the world, I would choose to do it with Michael. Michael was the CEO and Founder of Attendify when I joined the company in 2016. Thus began an incredible six-year journey that transformed my career and life in many positive ways.  Michael is a true leader people gravitate toward and look up to. But if there’s anything more remarkable than his professional faculties, it’s Michael’s depth as a human being and how it impacts people around him. His leadership manifests itself not through any off-the-shelf coaching techniques but through the intellectual and moral example that he invariably sets for others. Michael brings a humble attitude, empathy, and transparency to every interaction no matter the format. Be it a 1-2-1 call or an all-hands meeting.  For many people, Attendify became much more than a place where they grew professionally and worked on exciting projects. It became a place of camaraderie and meaningful personal experiences. It is incredible to see how the connections people established at work continue well beyond the office walls. Michael’s role in inspiring and building that unique culture was nothing if not outsized.  I owe Michael a debt of gratitude for his leadership and support. It’s been a privilege to work closely together and learn from him over the years. It won’t be an overstatement to say that he became a pivotal person in my life and the lives of many others who had the pleasure of working with him.
