If you’re reading this you are wondering what to do with an uncomfortable situation in the workplace. It’s difficult to tell the truth, but nothing is better.

Set goals that you believe are beyond your abilities. Use every tool at your disposal to achieve that. Don’t settle for less. Include others to work with you to achieve your goals and help others achieve theirs. Creativity, ingenuity, passion, drive, dream, persevere, outperform and don’t hold back. Use a moment in your life where you were proud of what you accomplished and make that the basis. Then push harder. Goals are just a marker, blow them away to set new goals. Learn from the past and plan for the future. Find the beauty in every aspect of your life and share that with your world. If you can do all that the zen you are looking for will find you. Once it does the field of play you’re involved in will guide you on your journey, go go

Normally I would say pace yourself and build up your strength. We don’t live in that world anymore. Find a pace you can manage or you will get outpaced, then build on that. AI is only going to make the work environment more challenging. Burning out is not an option, find a work around, don’t give up. Dig deeper than you ever had. You will be proud of yourself for the perseverance and when you feel that it will kick you into overdrive.

Security will be a huge part of the future, obscene amounts of data, capabilities to fake voices, images and video will need safety mechanisms unlike anything we have seen before. A seal of approval or qualification measures will be needed to validate the truth.

Leave the past behind, what is possible? As design and creativity can expand within the LLM platforms we will see growth unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Industrial Revolution, .com, these are going to be thought of as milestones on the way to technological jumps unlike we have ever seen before.

Looking back to AI 2023 is a waste of time, looking forward to 2025 when OpenAI and Google and some other software companies show the consumer what is possible, that is worth the look. The Generative AI potential is not about the past , it’s about what is possible moving forward and how can we apply and take advantage of it in our fields.
