“Ben truly made a dream come true for our affiliate! Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity decided to turn our mismatched commercial office space into a more inviting and client friendly hub for our partner families, volunteers and supporters. No detail was spared in the redesign, but the final touch was needing a wall logo to greet visitors as soon as they entered the building. Our hope was to let them know they were entering a safe and warm space, while also offering the perfect photographic backdrop for celebrations of closings, major donations and exciting achievements. A few phone snapshots were sent to Ben, who took this idea and ran with it. The concept was a surprise to the staff, so we were eager to see the results. The greatest astonishment was not him offering his services and materials as a gift-in-kind, but the phone call telling us he was hitting the road for an overall twelve hour drive to install the logo decal as well! The product is beautiful and artistically professional. Every person who has entered our office since the installation has complimented the work, only to hear the ravings of Ben’s customer services skills as well. We are grateful to Ben for his donation of materials, labor and service. His work and kindness have made what most might consider a typical request into an exceptional addition to our nonprofit. I look forward to partnering him many, many more times in the future!”
