He's gone from being an exceptionally talented designer to being and even more exceptionally talented designer, but let's add to that now mentor, manager, presentation-whiz, awards juror and general digital brain-box. Ben embodies the best traits of his Aussie peers, he's an all round good bloke and bloody hard worker. I've worked with him twice now and both times have been floored by his dedication, his no nonsense approach to getting things done and the incredible work he produces over and over again.”

Both as a mentor and inspiration to those who work around him, Ben commands respect and facilitates collaboration in an unassuming way. Importantly, at the end of this is the final product. Ideas, images, inventions - beautifully created. No details missed. He has a keen understanding of the tools of the trade, gets the technology, works the craft. He'll think the idea, then will make the idea. He always, always sees it through. The proof of all this is the wins, the positive feedback from clients, the growth of those under his tutelage and the lift in the work of the creative team overall.
