How can you ensure that your analytical skills are effective in the workplace?
Explain or clarify the “why” and “what” before the “how”. Keep it simple, focus on the root cause of what your analytics are trying to address, and don’t get lost in the symptoms. Finally be able to tell the story. Not being able to effectively tell the story, up and down the organization, can cancel out the best analytics.
