“My team and I recently attended an Emotional Intelligence retreat led by Bill. We walked away from the retreat refreshed and with a focus on improved company culture. Several of the takeaways have already been implemented and we're seeing a marked improvement in our team's happiness and openness. Bill's expertise in EQ was apparent, as were his facilitation skills. I would recommend his course or consulting services to any leader looking to improve their company culture. ”
