Plan MLK event, including resource fair.

Develop the annual budget along with the President. Keep an accurate account of all monies collected and paid out. Keep receipts of all reimbursements. Oversee on going PTA finances and ensure adherence to budget. Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports for monthly board meetings. Make sure Work with membership chair to keep accurate list of members. Prepare annual audits and tax returns.

Helped the Montgomery County PTA with day to day financial activities, like reimbursements, paying vendors, monthly bank reconciliation and presenting financials at monthly PTA and Board of Directors' meetings.

Do cost analysis to decrease expenses, fund raising activities, email blasts and general organization and attend board meetings
