    Employed as a runner/blue print operator. During this time I was instructed in the basics of mechanical detailing of welding fixtures. After a few months, I was introduced into mechanical layout and design for welding fixtures. Early fixture designs included door assembly welders and BIW SA Welders. My first introduction to robotics at this time was with a small sub-assembly cell for GM Lordstown, Ohio. This cell contained an Unimate Robot with spot welding equipment.

    Attended Marysville Cross Country Summer Camp as a chaperone and kitchen volunteer. Drove the team members to the camp site, help insure school rules were followed during the camp and worked on the kitchen crew that cooked 3 meals a day for 300+ athletes per day.
