“Bobby is truly a unicorn among unicorns. A master of all things technology. He possesses deep skill sets that allowed him to manage a dizzying scope in Tough Mudder from the web site (which he personally built), ticketing system, payment gateway to the HQ office infrastructure and systems to the massive Event technologies. Each one of these contain its own universe of stakeholders, budgets, complexities and specialities. It was impressive to see Bobby juggle them all so gracefully and masterfully. I always told the staff around us that there is only one Bobby. There is no one person that could replace such broad and specialist roles. Besides Bobby's technical savvy, he was a great manager who knew when to give me space to work and when to interject. Great soft skills and articulation in meetings. He was a known sweetheart among the staff but assertive when needed without ruffling feathers unnecessarily. The ran the entire technology division, which including our team of 5-6 people in house and innumerable contractors, vendors and transient staff. Regardless of where Bobby decides to direct the next phase of his career, I know he'll excel and quickly grow out of that role and into a bigger important cog in your company. ”
