What do you do if your industry is resistant to change and you want to be a change agent?
Logging the wins early and celebrating the early adopters as the cause of the positive outcomes will show proof of concept. There will be outliers who buy in slower, but consistency and reliability win the day more often than not. Incremental success with periodic reinforcement to ensure the early successes stay adopted helps to build momentum.

Storytelling must be catered to the audience and you have to include the benefits that solution match their pain points you discovered in your earlier exploration. Being vulnerable and open to a free exchange of ideas in response to your communication is also vital.

What do you do if your industry is resistant to change and you want to be a change agent?
You must explore with fact-finding questions to find out where the pain points are and with empathy navigate the "if-then" or "what would you say if..." scenarios or actions that would remove their obstacle for them.
