    Children

    Volunteer at the Ruhunu Children's Orphanage, which is the orphanage I was once at as a child. I spend time with the children, and help as a patron for the orphanage. I have done building development, and helped with the plumbing and kitchen facilities. I have also taught education to the children as well.

    I was leader for Outforce, Salesforce’s LGBTI Initiative, developing and supporting the direction of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy. The group had 44 members in 2013, and has since grown to over 120 members. I have helped pushed the strategy and have spoken at industry events, including working with Pride in Diversity on the structure of training for Salesforce on a corporate level and updated many policies with inclusive language.     I was leader for Outforce, Salesforce’s LGBTI Initiative, developing and supporting the direction of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy. The group had 44 members in 2013, and has since grown to over 120 members. I have helped pushed the strategy and have spoken at industry events, including working with Pride in Diversity on the structure of training for Salesforce on a corporate level and updated many policies with inclusive language. I submitted the AWEI application for Salesforce, which discusses why Salesforce is an equal opportunity employer no matter what sexual orientation or identity one has. We upped our score from 44points to 63 points, benchmarking us in the top 35 employers for 2014. We were also Silver Sponsors of the AWEI Luncheon.
