  • Revitalization of High Point Centre, Lombard, IL

    Led the marketing efforts that have led to the revitalization of High Point Centre. After the loss of a large format grocer and 2 anchor tenants (babies R Us and Office Depot) the small shop tenancy vacated as well. Left with almost 100% vacancy I brought many opportunities from full redevelopment to anchor backfill. For a multitude of reasons some of these these deals did come to fruition but some did including redeveloping the east side of the property with an LA Fitness, and on the west side…

    Led the marketing efforts that have led to the revitalization of High Point Centre. After the loss of a large format grocer and 2 anchor tenants (babies R Us and Office Depot) the small shop tenancy vacated as well. Left with almost 100% vacancy I brought many opportunities from full redevelopment to anchor backfill. For a multitude of reasons some of these these deals did come to fruition but some did including redeveloping the east side of the property with an LA Fitness, and on the west side Altitude Trampoline. Even with these additions small shop vacancy still grew. I researched the market and determined there was a growing demographic in this market that wasn’t being served. Since this revelation I have leased over 25,000 sf of small shop space including deals with the State of Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles, Monty’s Medical Supplies and multiple local restaurants (Seoul Bites Korean BBQ, CocoMelt, Hello Shawarma and Holy Buckets Chicken) that serve the community.

  • Redevelopment of Tinley Park Plaza

    - Present

    Successfully marketed to and attracted 4 anchor tenants to this center which has allowed the redevelopment of this center to be achieved. Negotiated and executed leases with Amazon Fresh, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below and Burlington.

  • Block 59 (Redevelopment) Naperville, IL

    Led the leasing efforts that led to the company’s largest redevelopment ($53 million dollars) - Block 59 is the redevelopment of Heritage Square and reconfiguration of Westridge Court to create a new restaurant and entertainment district. It is located at the corner of Route 59 and Aurora Avenue in Naperville, one of the most desirable suburbs of Chicago. Plans include an open-air central plaza which will serve as a public gathering place as well as host community events year-round surrounded…

    Led the leasing efforts that led to the company’s largest redevelopment ($53 million dollars) - Block 59 is the redevelopment of Heritage Square and reconfiguration of Westridge Court to create a new restaurant and entertainment district. It is located at the corner of Route 59 and Aurora Avenue in Naperville, one of the most desirable suburbs of Chicago. Plans include an open-air central plaza which will serve as a public gathering place as well as host community events year-round surrounded by new outdoor restaurants with patios. The project will include 2 valet areas, wayfinding signage, extensive landscaping, and improved pedestrian and vehicular circulation between the 2 centers (Block59 and Westridge Ct).

Cheese, Petco, Party City, Dollar Tree, Binny's Beverage Depot and the expansion of Trader Joes increasing the centers occupancy to over 92%

Successfully negotiated leases with The Fresh Market, Wayfair Outlet, buybuy Baby, Bed Bath and Beyond, Cost Plus World Market, The Edge Fitness, Funtopia, Mission BBQ, The Painted Tree Marketplace, Boombah, Big Lots, Gordman's, Discovery Clothing, Savers, Lumber Liquidators, Sleepy's, Five Below and 2nd and Charles bringing the centers occupancy level above 90%
