“Brandon built our energy efficient/passive style home in 2017 and he was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I specifically decided to work with him because of his impressive knowledge of green/passive building and the many certifications that he holds. The build process went smoothly and Brandon and his team provided a high level of professionalism and communication throughout. To this day Brandon is still available and responsive to any of our home owner questions regarding our house. Brandon's team built our home using no harsh chemicals and no VOCs and having a consistent flow of fresh air (ERV unit) versus recycled forced air heating/AC system has been a game changer. We now take it for granted, but at first we were amazed by our improved sleep quality and additional energy. Very happy parents for our children's development and improved nap time. :) Regarding our living experience in a energy efficient home, we were amazed not only by how quiet it was with the triple pane windows, but the low cost of heating and cooling only running on mini splits. In addition; now that we're working from home due to COVID we're really reaping the rewards of the decision. I would highly recommend working with Brandon Weiss on your next building project.”
