    My project centered on The North American Customer Fulfillment Human Resource Network (NACF HR). We were tasked with identifying ways to invent and simplify HR processes and enhancing the experience for all Amazon Associates.     My project centered on The North American Customer Fulfillment Human Resource Network (NACF HR). We were tasked with identifying ways to invent and simplify HR processes and enhancing the experience for all Amazon Associates. We found that this is achieved through the formation of multi-site teams that work on various projects. Information is shared within this network at high volumes between multiple groups regarding policy changes, project updates, HR law and other HR news. With such a substantial amount of information being shared, pertinent updates can be missed due to cluttered distribution channels. Our ultimate goal was to generate tools and processes to help streamline HR communication within NACF and decrease the disorganization of HR resources and links. Through the use of surveys, we dove deep to understand current communication cadences across the network and evaluated the effectiveness of various HR communication methods. After analyzing the data and conducting interviews with HR staff, we developed an understanding of the gaps and opportunities that lie within the current communication methods, identified barriers to successful communication, and proposed solutions to make improvements. We found that an effective way to optimize the current communication methods is to centralize all communications and resources. This can be achieved with the development of a centralized HR communication SharePoint. The homepage will be the hub for all things HR related, from simple success stories to major project updates and roll-out plans. An HR communication page will centralize all information and communication pieces to ensure the flow of communication stays linear and reduces the need for permissions and external links.
