As part of Microsoft's partnership with the PGA Tour, I worked directly with the PGA Tour's CIO and Shotlink technology staff to deliver a custom-built version of the Surface Pro 4, complete with a weatherization process and ruggedized cases, as well as custom applications, in order to enable faster and more accurate data collection on course. Working closely with the PayPal team, Microsoft Developer Experience (DX) leads, and my Designed for Surface (DFS) program partners, we worked to deliver a comprehensive set of small & medium business (SMB) retail solutions - including Surface, PayPal accessories & applications, and DFS partner accessories

Launch lead for driving awareness and downloads of the Lync Windows Store App - a new app for Windows 8 & Windows RT that is built for touch and the new Windows Experience.

Global launch lead for cross-platform Lync mobile applications (Windows Phone, iPhone, iPad, Android and Nokia Symbian) - which provide instant messaging, presence, conferencing and calling features from a single, unified interface.

Working directly with NFL league officials, the Surface engineering team, my Designed for Surface (DFS) partners and the Microsoft consultants assigned to the NFL, I managed the development & deployment of thousands of DFS accessories used on NFL sidelines & booths - so that players & coaches can leverage cutting edge technology in some of the harshest conditions, with can't-miss-a-play requirements.
