“I worked with Brendan at Automation Anywhere at a time where he initiated and lead a next-gen product specific Tiger Teams. I was fortunate enough to be his product manager counterpart for one of our most disruptive initiative around human-bot collaboration and attended automation (now known as AARI for Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface). The close collaboration with Brendan and his group began at the very beginning of the project when AARI product was just some sketches on a deck and still exists today at a time we have now a successful and widely adopted product. The continuous exchanges, work sessions and the culture of openness and trust between product and Brendan's group were key success factor that allows us to launch a MVP after only 2 months of design and 3 months of implementation. Each product milestones was shared with the tiger team and each customer feedback was shared with the product team. As a result, on Day 1 of the MVP release, product market fit was achieved, product roadmap and field expectations were aligned and sales momentum was already there. I strongly believe that if not for Brendan, we would not have been able to achieve such a success. The level of trust, leadership and collaboration that Brendan can infused in any initiative he touches is tremendous. I can safely say that Brendan forged a standard for product/pre-sales collaboration that will be the bar to met for the rest of my professional life. I am looking forward to having another opportunity to work in tandem with him.”

As Job Scheduling constitutes a foundation component, it sits across all business applications and its involvement is deeply rooted in the business itself.
Centralizing change management requests from multiple applications teams was a very interesting challenge and gave me a unique insight on the intricacies involved.

-As an association which goal is to promote relations between engineering students and local businesses, we approached several local players in order to establish trust, kick start some R&D projects within our school, allow students to easily find a job while studying. We constantly tried to help students build their own professional networks before graduating in order to ease the transition from school to a professional life.
