    Construction Engineer overseeing the construction of the $88 million STH 50 reconstruction and widening from I-94 to 43rd Ave in Kenosha County. This project consisted of removals, grading, 6 bridges, 7 retaining walls, storm sewer, 8.5-Inch concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, traffic signals, signing, and other ancillary construction elements. I acted as the Assistant Project Leader and Roadway Lead. My primary responsibilities included overseeing base aggregate, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, curb & gutter, and other ancillary concrete elements. This project provided an extraordinary challenge in coordination of construction staging and temporary pavements to maintain two way traffic during the reconstruction, and also to maintain driveway access to all the commercial and residential properties along this busy corridor.

    This project consists of all new storm sewer, water main, sanitary sewer, lighting, signals, concrete pavements, retaining walls, noise walls, two bridges, and a box culvert. The project is highlighted by pipe jacking four parallel 10-ft diameter reinforced concrete storm sewer runs of pipe for 180 feet each under IH-94, west 84th Street. The jacked pipe then diverges into a four-celled reinforced concrete box culvert for a run of about 1500 LF. Responsibilities include document controls, schedule monitoring, and providing assistance, support, and supervision of all bridge and box culvert related activities.
