Previous Board Member for the Fairmount Park Women's + Softball League, a league dedicated to being a place where women, both gay and straight, can meet, socialize and play softball! As a league, FPW+SL believes that it is essential to provide a safe environment for women recognizing the ways in which language, gender, and politics have changed over the last 4 decades of the league's existence.

In keeping with the spirit and intent with which the league was founded, FPW+SL promotes a climate that is welcoming and interprets the idea of “woman” in the most inclusive way possible.
