“I’ve had the pleasure of working side by side with Bryan at more than one company. We became friends in the commercial real estate industry, but later he joined me at Equastone with responsibilities over our $750M portfolio in Dallas, Texas. After a debt market crash, the highly leveraged investment firm collapsed. Bryan was quickly invited to join the Digital Realty team. A few years later, he encouraged me to join him there. So, we’ve both worked for and with one another of the course of our career paths. Bryan is a man of great character and ethical standards, motivation, passion, creativity, leadership, and I learned a loads from him over all the years that we’ve worked together. He’s especially gifted in the area of commercial real estate development and solving complex financial problems that others can’t figure out. I enjoy hanging out with Bryan as much as I have benefited from working with him. I consider him a lifelong friend and colleague. ”
