Advising and providing expertise on special initiative to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and address gender bias and sexual harassment, through cross-cultural education and advocacy of women pilots in all sectors of aviation for worldwide membership, leaders, and Board of Directors of large international organization of women pilots.

Contributed research findings and expertise on gender bias and sexual harassment and assault in the aviation community on task force examining issues and proposing recommendations to the Board of Directors of large aviation organization for women.

Provided time-critical confidential peer support to flight crewmembers through 24/7 hotline in a company-union cooperative program offering a safe forum for discussion of mental health and personal difficulties. The success of this groundbreaking program led other airline unions to create FlyWell, HAWC, LYFT, PAN, PATH, Pilot Peer Support, SOAR, and similar mental health support programs.

Provided time-critical post-accident and -incident confidential peer support to flight crewmembers, to mitigate the psychological impact of post-traumatic stress, in a company-union cooperative program formerly known as FlightAAssist. Volunteered from October 2011 to April 2014 and February 2018 to September 2021.
