A NAHB Pillars Finalist, the Academic is a partial historical reuse project. Working closely with historical district leaders and council members, LCG secured improved entitlements while saving the fabric of the project. The project is a 5-story urban wrap with 364 units.

A 3-story surface parked community built with-in an industrial district adjacent to American Airlines HQ. The project recorded a record setting lease-up during the pandemic. Project included the disposition of 4 acres to a hotel developer and a complicated zoning effort.

LakeYard was another NAHB Pillars Finalist. Opening during the pandemic, the project out performed its competition and leased-up in record setting pace. Sold in 2021.

PDG Frisco is a 257-unit Class A multifamily development that's under construction at Preston Road and Eldorado Parkway in the fastest growing city in the country: Frisco, Texas. The heavily wooded 13.52-acre site is one of the last remaining surface-park sites available in Frisco as the municipality shifts its focus to permitting only higher density, structured parking projects.
