    The Network Leadership Development Program (NLDP) is a multi-modal, 2-month learning experience that provides volunteer women leaders with the insights needed to make purposeful choices to expand their individual impact on their Network, Circles, and organization. The program is highly interactive and designed to have immediate and practical application to build confidence and navigate strategic leadership challenges especially in their role as a network leader with Lean In. It builds on maximizing personal leadership power to accelerate influence to gain strategic results. The NLDP is a candid, exploratory, and human-centered experience that tackles provocative and timely issues facing women leaders who want to enhance their leadership development.​

    The program provides young leaders with a four-year scholarship, including undergraduate tuition, mandatory fees, room and board, unique access to the academic and extracurricular offerings at both Duke and UNC-Chapel Hill and three summers of domestic and international experiences.
