In her position she functioned on many different levels and was outstanding in her execution within the company and with customers. As a supervisor, she provided excellent direction, both strategically and tactically. Always available as a sounding board, her counsel was instrumental in making and attaining my sales goals. Her expectations and the company's expectations as communicated through her were clear. She was the rare executive that managed both down and up very effectively.
