As a motivated and driven individual, I am currently seeking entry-level IT help desk positions to begin my career in the tech industry. I am currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security at the University of Phoenix, where I have gained a strong foundation in cyber security principles and technologies. In addition to my academic pursuits, I have also been recognized as an Eagle Scout, demonstrating my leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
I have gained valuable hands-on experience through internships and part-time positions, including roles as a tech support intern and network administrator intern. My strong problem-solving abilities, customer service experience, and passion for technology make me a valuable asset to any organization. I am excited to continue building my skills and making a meaningful contribution to the industry.
