“It’s difficult to put into words the impact Caryn’s leadership has had on me, however the best way to share is that if there is a marketing team to be on, it is Caryn Johnson’s. She once advised me to tackle a challenge from a place of “strength, not fear” and that is the best way to explain her leadership style. She is strong, fearless and empowering, yet personable, warm and uplifting. She has mastered the perfect balance between being adored and respected- the person you want to impress the most as well as the one you don’t ever want to let down. She is accomplished and wise, yet open to new ideas and testing what’s different. I have seen her present to the top of the top, speak on stages and run meetings with 60+ people, yet is also always the first person to help her team clean up and break down after events and trade shows (even in heels!). She is a rockstar at what she does, but of all her successes, her wit and charm might be her greatest asset. The humor and energy she brings to the workplace is unmatched. Each obstacle becomes fun, each win is celebrated as a team effort and she makes it known she is rooting for you and in your corner for anything you need. Caryn is an inspiration to myself and I am sure many others who have had the opportunity to work beside her. She truly is the best of the best, and her influence has made a better marketer, leader and person out of me. ”
