Police Activities League Santa Barbara

The Santa Barbara Police Activities League strives to build positive mentoring relationships between teens, the police department, and members of the community through educational, athletic, and leadership development programs.
In February of 2020, I hosted a tour of the MyCase office for 10 middle-school aged Leadership Development Program members. In addition to activities like a dog selfie scavenger hunt, participants talked with Managers, Directors, and VPs about life after school…The Santa Barbara Police Activities League strives to build positive mentoring relationships between teens, the police department, and members of the community through educational, athletic, and leadership development programs.

The mission was to inspire local kids to do well in school so they can work for a fun and exciting company like MyCase. When we ended the tour, one of the members said, "I'm sending you my resume in 5 years." Mission accomplished!
