How can you identify team members who are hindering team goals?
One difficult team member can derail a team easily. So, it's so important to identify them quickly and work to mitigate the damage. Each organizational team should have a clear mission of its purpose and goals with the leader guiding team members to achieve together. The "difficult" team member is identifiable by their actions: 1) a "downer" hear the words that they use too. There are clues like "can't, never, unable". OR are they 2) a "passer" I can't do this, you do it. I'll give to another person. note that this doesn't mean to not delegate, but there are some who pass it around and 3) careful of the "blocker" - where they just issue a "no" but with no alternative solutions to achieve progress. If we look, we can find them.

How can executive coaching help you navigate microaggressions at work?
Microaggressions are real and diminishing. Often we absorb them and continue on our path of career growth not realizing that microaggressions over time - i.e. comments about one's perceived competence, being interrupted, or over-hearing statements calling into question one's belonging within an organization - these all have impact. The impact is reflected in increased stress, reduced confidence, lower capacity to lead or try for new leadership roles. A strong Executive coach gives you perspective, and a place to safely discuss the discomfort and then help you strategize ways to effectively communicate to express concerns about these microaggressions and also to help prevent them in the future.

How can you evaluate the effectiveness of image consulting programs?
In today's online world - Image Consulting is SO-SO-SO important. Key is to first have your goal and audience in mind. What do you want to convey? Are you trying to be a thought leader - a trusted resource? There's a Chinese phrase I use often with my clients - Putting Gold Pieces on Your Face (it's meant to be humorous) but the point is that people will laugh at you if you brag about yourself, but if OTHERS laud your skill in a particular area, then others will listen!

How can you use humor to negotiate with stakeholders?
A CEO's goal is to lead and communicate. Often messages are not heard and here's where humor can be very effective in helping people to "hear" the message. Humor and laughter is a form of participation too for the audience/listener. Of course, this humor needs to be appropriate for the situation and the messaging.
