What are the best practices for giving feedback in a 360-degree process?
Consider the degree to which providing and hearing feedback is part of the organization's culture and ways of working. Is your conversation likely to be the first time they have heard this feedback? The answer to that question ought to significantly shape your approach.

What are some of the best resources and tools for leadership development and coaching?
An often-overlooked step in the assessment process is a careful evaluation of a) what the business is trying to accomplish and b) what that means you might need to do more of/less of/differently. A focus on the delta between today and tomorrow is helpful because as human beings, we generally do not need a ton of encouragement to keep doing what we have been doing. Once you have answered those two questions for yourself, look for psychometrically-sound assessments and feedback (360 or otherwise) to provide insight into how easy or difficult making those shifts might be.

Here's how you can navigate the common challenges of receiving feedback as an executive.
Getting feedback as an executive can be difficult, as the inherent power dynamics can be challenging for others to negotiate. Research would suggest a few best practices: 1) Make the ask specific. Avoid open-ended questions such as "do you have any feedback for me?" Instead, make it specific such as "what did you take away from the most recent all-hands meeting?" 2) Ask about something the feedback provider knows more about than you do. This will help them see they are a credible provider of the feedback.
