“Charlie is precisely the sort of person around whom I would build a technology team, at a startup or an established organization. Whether navigating complex data privacy requirements of HIPAA-based back-end systems or the immensely complicated regulatory requirements of medical device software, he brings the depth of experience and know-how needed to navigate constantly shifting dynamics in mobile, cloud-based software programs. Charlie's attention to detail applies not only to current deliverables but to anticipated requirements throughout a project lifecycle. The documentation he produces - from requirements to functional specs to data-integrations - should be used by business schools as textbook cases for how to protect development programs from potential points of failure. Clients, AMs and PMs all appreciate the clarity Charlie incorporates into the documentation he produces. He is my paradigm example of technology team "rock star", the go-to guy for making absolutely certain that your i's are dotted and t's crossed. His easygoing demeanor and ability to remain calm under intense deadline-driven pressure makes him a team favorite among managers and every other resource in the organization. You would be well-advised to strongly consider Charlie for ANY team needing tech leadership up to the CTO-level. You will rarely come across talent like his, a combination of tech know-how, articulate communication skill and team leadership - Charlie would quickly become a key-resource in any organization.”
